I joined during a promotion where u join for for 45.00 and get 45.00 credit in groceries. I've gone 3 times each time they promise it'll come of my next visit. That doesn't make sense. I confronted the sign up desk who apologized after confirming I never received the credit and offered to cancel my membership fee. I should have known. The credit never went back on my debit. They all lie and steal. I dare management to contact me to solve this. So now I have to drive out there again to try to correct their thieving practices.
The single worst online company for customer service returns ever! I shipped back a marble table that they cleared for return and pickup for the return over a month ago. The table has been received weeks ago. I have been calling the 800 number every single day spending hours a day trying to get my refund put back to my credit card for 550.00 to no avail you are calling the Philippines speaking to incompetent people who hang up on you or apologize for not being able to execute the refund. Most recently they claim the refund was put back on my card but it wasn't and I had the chase bank speak to them with me to confirm no credit was put back for over 2 years by sams club. They refuse to do a Manual override for the refund, keeping the product and my money. I have spent hours and hours a day trying to get one single competent supervisor on the call to fix this issue. They took my money and the product! I never ever got refunded. I have recorded conversations, receipts, emails to verify every single word of this note! Order *******230 marble table owed 546.40. Over a month now no resolution despite my credit card company telling them there has been no credit, fraud department confirming it as well, online bank statements confirming no credit issued. Return was approved by a supervisor as it was a replacement item and cleared for return without ever refunding me! Just sucks.

I have been a Sam's club member since 1998 and have always purchased gas from the gas station there with no problem. But here recently they have started holding up to $100 on my debit card when I purchase gas and for FIVE DAYS! Now, get this, my fill up cost $41. They got the $41 and still kept the hold on the$100 for five days. A TOTAL OF $141! I DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY$100 FOR FIVE DAYS. This has happened 3 times now. It has caused me to have a NEGATIVE BALANCE TWICE! I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE WITH SOMEONE WHO COULDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WELL SO THEY COULD NOT HELP ME. WHEN IT COMES TO SAM'S CLUB; I HAVE A FORK STUCK IN ME! I'M DONE WITH SAM'S CLUB!
Sam's club is losing my business, I know its there company, but everything is being changed over to member mark products, it was my lt was my last straw when they started switching lay wavy chips over to there brand, There tomato sauce is not the same as Hunts, there shrimp scampi not the same as Sea Pak, toilet paper and paper towels is one thing, but taking away lays wavy chips, Sea Pak scampi's, etc. I just canceled a nice order, when I Cant get the items I enjoy and like it's time for me to move on, I will go somewhere else, yes they have a right to sell what they think is going to benefit them, I get it, but its my right if i choose to accept it, and The chips was the final straw for me. At age 72 I'm still young and able to voice my opinion. Thanks for reading
On Friday the 11th I made a purchase online through Sams club. I purchased 6 tickets for an attraction in New Orleans that they offered. It allowed me to pick a date and time slot for the attraction. Once the order was processed I received the voucher and instructions to contact the Vendor to confirm reservations. Not sure why this needed to happen because I pick the day and time during checkout. I followed the instructions and found out by the actual vendor that they were sold out for said day and time. I contacted Sams to notify them of the issue and request my money back. I was met with a rude customer service rep telling me that they have to request a refund for approval which will take 72 hours. Once the refund is approved, I then have to wait 15 days to get my money back! This is bad business practices, they sell tickets that can't be honored and my vacation will come and go before they can provide me with my money. This is absolutely ridiculous I will never use them again.
Sam's Club did not honor the coupon terms of the Groupon voucher. They said to contact Groupon and Groupon said to contact Sam's Club. After several communications with both companies, one or the other just kept the purchase amount.
This is about Sams Club using FedEx for shipping, as long as they do use FedEx Sams Club is and will be the last place I look for online shopping! FedEx is consistently late or lose my packages, they are the worst shipping company out there, and their tracking is just as bad!
Few months ago I bought "Intex air bed with head support" which was on sale. The bed is so lopsided and messed my spinal region and I was living with terrible back pain. My doctor diagnosed it as Rhomboid muscle strain and I am enduring pain, mental stress and medication effects for the last 2 months and I never know when I get cured. I blame this on Sam's club because I never know this product and I trusted the club. Please take this product off and save people. They don't deserve to get what I got and pay for it.
Just heard of a loyal employee being fired for giving ribs destined for the trash to some of the maintenance people. In a time where we are asked to be kind to each other and help others, this is what he got in return from some manager who was so unkind and unforgiving. Really! He gave food to a couple of hungry workers. Not food that could be sold. The company lost no money. I notice Sam's is always there for the positive moment in the press. How is this happening?
I bought a Ninja Professional Plus Blender on the 27th of April and then it went on sale on May 8th. They would not give me the price difference. I would have to bring it back to the store and rebuy it again. This just shows me that they don't care about their customers.
scummy company that keeps charging my grandmothers card even though she passed away months ago. We tried calling to get these charges refunded and they wont help us. Just terrible terrible people.
We purchased an item of a few hundred dollars from Sam's club website. However, since we did not open and did not get chance to use it, we decided to return it in a few months to the local store, which is still under the returning policy. The manger at the local store kept our item, but refused to give us a refund. They claim we did not pay for the item as it's not in their system. I have no idea what's wrong with their system. But we showed our purchased receipt and credit card statement to show we were billed and charged. It's been over 1 month, we tried to contacted the local store and sam's club online customer services several times, and send every document they requested, including credit card statements. and they still did not give us a refund. The incident makes us lost any trust to Sam's club. Never want to buy anything from this store again.
i purchased tires from Sam's that came with Road hazard protection. Unfortunately, you have to schedule your road hazards. I have a flat but have to wait a few days to have it repaired. i will never buy tires from Sams again. Everywhere else that I purchase tires from with road hazard, they a willing to repair the same day. the idea of scheduling a flat is insane.
WHY DO THEY SCAN EVERYTHING AGAIN ON THE WAY OUT THIS IS REDICULOUS, I have Costco and Sam's, I will be getting rid of one soon, guess which one.

A customer since it first opened. It isn't perfect by any means, but plenty okay. No Costco nearby as well.

Definitely a scam. Used to be a great place to shop but now all cashiers are stealing.
